1 Slitting Machine
1) Unwinding shaft: 3-inch tile-type air-expanding shaft, the unwinding shaft adopts a 40KG magnetic powder tension control system, and the tension can be adjusted at will.
2) Correction system: ultrasonic correction device is used.
3) Measuring mode: meter mode.
4) Slitting tool configuration:9mm*12 strips, 12mm*12 strips, 15mm*12 strips, 1 set each
3 Workstation Winders
1) Select the corresponding bandwidth for winding through the touch screen, and there is no need to manually change the transmission gear.
2) After winding is completed, the machine stops automatically, and the paper tube is manually replaced for rewinding.
3) The tension during winding can be set and adjusted through the touch screen, so that strapping tapes of different weights or widths can be wound with appropriate torque, minimizing the bending deformation of the strapping tape after winding.
4) After winding, the strapping tape needs to be removed manually and a new paper tube installed.
